Crate hyphenate 

Implementation of TeX’s hyphenation algorithm.

The main entry point is Hyphenator, which can be constructed with plain TeX’s built-in English patterns using Hyphenator::plain_tex_en_us.

The ASCII implementation of LowerCaser returns the lower case letter for all ASCII alphabetic characters, and None for all other characters.

Hyphenator

Hyphenates words using TeX’s pattern-matching algorithm (Knuth-Liang).
